1. Requirements for oil seal and seat hole
★ ensure the coaxiality between the oil seal seat hole and the rotating shaft.
★ when using the outer skeleton oil seal, pay attention to the selection of metal brand materials with thermal expansion coefficient similar to the seat hole material to make the skeleton, so as to ensure the firmness and detachability of the oil package.
★ the inner diameter tolerance and surface roughness of oil seal seat hole shall meet the requirements of table 3-1.
★ to ensure the sealing effect, the outer diameter and roundness of the oil seal shall meet the requirements listed in table 3-2.
