Seals are widely used in life. Basically, seals will be used for things that touch with machinery. Seals are used in everything from cars and planes to lighters and mice. There are many kinds of seals, which can be divided into: compared with the common silicone rubber seal ring, fluororubber seal ring, ethylene propylene rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, neoprene, polyurethane and so on. According to the use, it can be divided into: acid resistant seal, alkali resistant seal, high temperature resistant seal, low temperature resistant seal, oil resistant seal, etc. Many machines cannot operate without seals, such as oil seals. If there is no oil seal, oil leakage may occur, and even the machinery cannot operate. We often see the news of crude oil leakage on TV. In fact, it is that the seal is not well done. Maybe the quality of the seal is not good.
Seals are an important part of machinery and play an important role in the operation of instruments. In order to avoid the entry of foreign matters, it is necessary to use seals in machinery. Seals with different uses can work in different environments. For example, high and low temperature environment, acid-base solution, oil resistance, etc. For seals operating in different environments, different raw materials shall be selected, such as the high temperature resistance of fluororubber. Sometimes the hardness of seals is also an important factor affecting the application in hair production. Not all seals are soft. For example, PTFE seals are very hard. Mechanical seals should be checked frequently and replaced in time in case of abnormalities, such as seal deformation, cracking, etc. the main factor affecting the service life of seals is the operating environment. Temperature is the main factor affecting the hardness of seals. In order to add the elasticity of the seal at low temperature and reduce the permanence of data compression, it is necessary to improve the formula of data. A certain amount of plasticizer should be added to the rubber. After long-term immersion in the operating medium, the plasticizer will be gradually absorbed by the operating medium, forming the aging shortening of the seal. Therefore, the seals should be checked frequently. Avoid the onset of trouble caused by aging.
